Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• In case of high order volume, processing may be delayed. If there are any significant delays in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected:

• Standard Shipping: 8-20 business days

• Express Shipping: 6-10 business days

• Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

 

International Shipping

• We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please check availability at checkout.

• International delivery times vary between 20-60 business days, depending on the destination.

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the courier’s website.


Shipping Restrictions

• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote areas. If your address falls within these restrictions, we will contact you.


Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

• If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
